Where does your journey from employment conditions at KLM go?

At the end of last year, De Unie concluded a new collective labor agreement with KLM for ground staff. We are even still working on some of the agreements made. De Unie is a modern and contemporary trade union, which is why we are already preparing for the next negotiations. With your help, of course!

The journey to a new collective labor agreement for KLM ground staff

Talks for a new KLM ground staff collective labor agreement are expected to start in November 2024. Via this link you can indicate which employment conditions topics you consider important for the new collective labor agreement for KLM ground staff.

The topics that you find important will be discussed in detail later in a survey. The results of this survey will then determine our commitment to the negotiations. So make your voice heard! To receive as many reactions and topics as possible, you can forward this link to colleagues.

Help The Union fly to great heights

How nice that you are a paid member. We are eager to hear your voice and represent your interests at the negotiating table. The more voices, the more powerful! Did you know that when you make a colleague a member, you will receive a Bol gift voucher of € 12.50? Nice, right? And, the good news is, you can register someone as many times as you want. So if you sign up 10 new members, you get
€ 125 in vouchers! But that’s not all. We have a great summer promotion for new members! Everyone who signs up for a paid membership of € 8.95 p.m. (before September 15, 2024) will receive a nice welcome gift: a Bol gift voucher or a fashion voucher worth € 25,-. Win-win! If your colleagues register via this link and indicate that they have become a member through you, the vouchers will automatically fly your way!
