At the end of last year, De Unie concluded a new collective labor agreement with KLM for ground staff. We are even still working on some of the agreements made. Talks for a new KLM ground staff collective labor agreement are expected to start in November 2024. Via this link you can indicate which employment conditions topics you consider important for the new collective labor agreement for KLM ground staff.
