Meet Wouter

As Customer Support Manager at KLM Engine Services, I am involved in providing the best service to our customers on a daily basis, maximizing revenue, connecting different both internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities and improving processes. Always with the customer in mind, but with the interests of KLM and employees first.

I am standing for election to the Works Council because I am a committed and driven person who is committed to a stronger KLM, where everyone enjoys working and feels valued. My ambition is to help make KLM (economically) healthy and thus prevent future reorganizations from becoming necessary. Only in this way can we create space for a healthy workload, a stable income and good fringe benefits for everyone!

In doing so, I stand for equal treatment of all domains within our organisation and I want to ensure that we, as employee participation (and therefore your representatives) towards KLM’s management, make optimal use of the Works Council’s right to advise. With an open and honest communication style and as someone who always tries to make his point in a correct and respectful way, I want to bring a breath of fresh air to the Works Council. Just and persevering! In doing so, I strongly believe in cooperation and the common interest.
