Meet Uni

Candidate for: Works Council (non-MSG constituency) and Group Committee 62

I would like to take responsibility in employee participation! Stronger together!

Two years ago I had my 25th anniversary at KLM, of which I am very proud. As a Gateagent at Passage, I am still passionate and involved in my work.

My colleagues always know where to find me for advice and assistance, both in my position as Gateagent and in my role as an active executive at trade union De Unie. I am always available 24/7 for my colleagues and I am committed to their interests. I am proud to be well informed about everything that is going on in the aviation sector in general, at KLM and in my department. I actively think about process improvements and am not afraid to raise problems with the Management Team. For example, I have put a lot of time and energy into the revised onload, so that we have made improvements for both our passengers and our colleagues. As a 55-year-old, I also fully support a good policy for the elderly, so that we ensure a working environment in which all generations feel supported.

I am therefore standing for election to the GC and/or the Works Council (OR), because I would also like to take responsibility in employee participation.

Everyone from KLM and KLM Cityhopper has received an email with a personal link to vote for one of the candidates. Cast your vote between 9 and 23 April. Together we are stronger!
