Meet Martin
Candidate for: Works Council (non-MSG constituency) and Group Committee 64
Building a KLM together where we all feel good and continue to grow!
My name is Martin Luijken. I am 63 years old and have been working as a Team Member Large Material in the K5 department for 7 years now. In total, I have been working within the Air France-KLM Group for 36 years.
Many of you already know me, because I have been active within the Group Committee 64 for the past 3 years. At the time, I decided to use my knowledge and experience to represent the interests of you, my colleagues. It was all new to me at the time, but I have always done the participation work with heart and soul – and above all with great pleasure.
In recent years I have learned a lot. Also that many things sometimes take the necessary time. Processes and decisions often take longer than expected, but it is and remains important that we continue to work for a strong position for our employees. That is why I appeal to your support and vote during the upcoming elections, so that I can continue to represent the current affairs and future challenges that matter to us with the same commitment.
My experience in the GC has also taught me a lot about how we can be stronger together as employees. For example, I want to continue to work on improving working conditions, maintaining good working conditions and ensuring a KLM where it is good to work.
I hope in your trust, so that together we can continue to build a KLM in which we all feel good and continue to grow.
Thank you for your support!
