Building a better working environment for everyone together!
As a Works Council member, I want to lend a listening ear and ensure that the signals from our colleagues are taken seriously and taken into account in the decision-making process. My goal is to monitor critically, but also to actively think about how we can work together to create a better workplace for everyone. I want to actively contribute to the representation of E&M’s interests within the Supervisory Board in order to improve our organisation and the working climate for employees.
