Last Thursday, July 25, 2024, you received a message from De Unie to give your opinion on which topics you think are important for the upcoming collective labor agreement negotiations. Some of your colleagues have already completed the survey, have you?
The journey to a new collective labor agreement for KLM ground staff
Despite the fact that we at De Unie are concerned , we like to look ahead. Via this link you can indicate which employment conditions topics you consider important for the new collective labor agreement for KLM ground staff. You and your colleagues have until August 7 to give your opinion.
From De Unie, we analyze all the responses and then there will be another survey that goes deeper into the topics.
Topics that have already been mentioned, by your colleagues:
- Reaching the finish line safely and healthily
- Workload
- IPB scheme
In addition to the above topics, many more topics have been mentioned. What do you think is important, let us know here . Send it to your colleagues. We want as much input as possible from KLM ground employees.
Help De Unie grow
How nice that you are a paid member. We are eager to hear your voice and represent your interests at the negotiating table. The more voices, the more powerful! Did you know that when you make a colleague a member, you will receive a Bol gift voucher of € 12.50? Nice, right? And, the good news is, you can register someone as many times as you want. So if you sign up 10 new members, you get
€ 125 in vouchers! But that’s not all.
We have a great summer promotion for new members! Everyone who signs up for a paid membership of € 8.95 per month (before September 15, 2024) will receive a nice welcome gift: a Bol gift voucher or a fashion voucher worth € 25,-. Win-win! If your colleagues register via this link and indicate that they have become a member through you, the vouchers will automatically fly your way!
