After our previous information earlier this week, just a short additional message.

Mobility agreements Back on Track

Drawing up the final texts of the Back on Track mobility agreements is taking a little more time than previously estimated. We therefore expect to be able to start the consultation on the agreement in principle at the end of this month.

Collective Labor Agreement Land

In the meantime, all KLM ground unions have received an invitation for the resumption of collective bargaining for Land on 27 August. Unlike in the past, the topics of salary and duration are also on the agenda this time. In the so-called multi-consultation (with all unions of all domains together) it has not been possible to reach agreement on this before.

In the invitation, KLM has indicated that it will make an ‘adjusted proposal’ for the ground staff. Of course we are curious about this proposal. Maintaining purchasing power is and will remain our minimum starting point for the new collective labor agreement. And that is known at KLM…
