ABOUT US

We have been active in aviation for years and have a solid foundation at KLM, thanks in part to a large group of loyal members. Aviation is under increasing pressure. Both from The Hague and from the EU, different rules are constantly being imposed, taxes are added and contraction scenarios are enforced. Meanwhile, other airlines are getting more and more space. All external influences eventually affect your collective labor agreement. Because less money is earned or because work disappears. The future of Schiphol, KLM and therefore your career is increasingly at stake.

Whether it concerns issues such as structural overtime, automation, regulations or increased workload, we will discuss it with you and KLM. As an employee, you must be able to speak out, because surely your work is your business? We do not look at cold figures, but start from the needs of all KLM employees. Gaining insight into your wishes is our starting point. If you think something is important, so do we. Our members have a real voice during collective labor agreement negotiations, but also in the interim when we, as an association, have to take a position on a non-collective labor agreement subject. The voice of all our members counts.
